• Funding sources: Historic Tax Credits, CDFA tax credits, CDBG, NH Housing Tax Credits, Federal Home Loan, two different forms of bank financing (CFX Financing Services and Bank of New Hampshire), previous owner financing, Keene Downtown Housing Corporation and MEDC Revolving Loan Fund money.
