Dugan has served as MEDC President since 1991.  In this capacity, Jack has developed over $105 million worth of real estate and 1.3 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. He has helped create and retain thousands of jobs, and he continues to play an integral role in the revitalization effort of Downtown Keene.  Jack's leadership was formally recognized by the NH Office of State Planning in September 1993 and May 1995.

Jack earned his B.A. from Tufts University. He is certified by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional.

Holian joined MEDC in July 2008 to oversee the day to day operations of MEDC's commercial real estate portfolio.  Prior to this Matt worked in Citigroup's Corporate Real Estate Division where he was responsible for the management of a commercial real estate portfolio in the Northeast and Texas.  From 1995 to 2004 he was employed with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he conducted over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in all 5 boroughs of New York City.

Matt earned his B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1994 and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional through New York University.

Susan Whitley joined our staff in July 2008 as our Office Administrator.  Susan moved to New Hampshire in 2008 from Southwest Florida where she served as Executive Assistant to the City Manager of the City of Cape Coral.  Susan has earned multiple certifications in office administration and is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals with over 30 years of experience in the administrative field.


MEDC operates under the governance of a seventeen member Board of Directors consisting of local business leaders and professionals.
